A running log of recent orthopaedic studies read through an epistemological lens, with analysis and my take. These briefings are meant to highlight epistemological issues in contemporary orthopaedic surgery. The issues can be rather complex, and are presented here as opinion and commentary — not as a measure of what is necessarily true or uncontested.

These briefings are produced with Claude Cowork, which runs a script I built to scan recent orthopaedic literature for studies with an epistemological or general-philosophical angle. The concept, design, and idea is mine, the drafting is the tool's; but the choice of what to run, the recurring preoccupations, and the "My take" judgments are mine — curated and stood behind, if not typed line by line.
